We have churches all across the great state of Nevada and one in Arizona!

In Las Vegas you can find Spanish language services or worship with formal Elizabethan language. There is always good old regular Prayer Book services or you can enter into a contemplative liturgy walking a labyrinth.

And don’t forget the edges! Pahrump has a church and we are planting a new worshipping community in Mesquite this fall.

Do you live in Reno? Visit our beautiful Cathedral downtown, attend family-friendly services in Sparks, or go to South Reno where the worship service is more contemporary.

You are always welcome at our Frontier churches across the state or our oldest church in Carson City.

You can even head to Lake Tahoe where we have two churches. Or, if you are near the state capital you have two choices nearby.

We have two churches on the Pyramid Lake Reservation and lots of others if you are traveling Highway 80 and Route 50!

Find a church that's right for you.

NEW
CHURCHES

We are actively looking for new places to plant churches like our Mesquite Episcopal Community.

In 2024 we will be looking for a location to plant a new church in North Las Vegas.

Keep coming back here to learn more.

Worshipping Communities

The Diocese of Nevada has worshipping communities, or “Preaching Stations” as we like to call them, where folks gather more casually. Here are a couple of those types of churches:

  • St. Thomas the Believer at Lovelock Correctional Facility. We meet with the men inside and offer hope and encouragement. They give us more than that when we leave. For more information about this ministry contact us. office@episcopalnevada.org

  • Old St. Paul in Virginia City. This is the city where our first Episcopal service was held. The historic building is a beacon of light as your drive over Geiger Grade. Time and weather have been tough on her so we may not gather there regularly. But she is always in our heart. For more information about this ministry contact us. office@episcopalnevada.org

  • St. Mark’s in Tonopah. This historic church was moved to Tonopah when the mines were rich and people were flooding to the town. Now it is used by another church on Sundays but we still have some faithful friends praying together (using the ol’ BCP) some Sundays. For more information about this ministry contact us. office@episcopalnevada.org
